For hair growth and healthy liver function. Saw palmetto slows the formation of the hormone DHT, thereby helping to protect the hair of the scalp. Milk Thistle is known to flush toxins and support optimal liver health. The liver is the body's clearing house and must be in good working order to maintain healthy skin.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice daily with food. Not recommended to take on an empty stomach.
