How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
For one-time purchases: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
For Subscriptions: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. We will then bill and ship orders every 4 or 8weeks onwards depending on which you option you choose! Or If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account page.
How do subscriptions work and can I cancel easily? Can I pause it?
DCI leaves your system pretty quickly so it's important to take it everyday. By signing up for a subscription, you’ll easily be able to stay on track and make it part of your daily routine.
If you change your mind, need to cancel or even pause the subscription for any reason - it's easy. You can do both easily from your account at any time. Or you can reach out to us directly to cancel, simply give us a call or email us at [email protected]
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please send us a pic of the damage to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with “Damaged” in the subject line. All items purchased with USPS Priority or UPS shipping will immediately be sent a replacement.
How much is shipping?
USPS First-Class Shipping is free! You also have the option of upgrading to to Priority Mail or UPS.
What is your refund policy?
It's not important to us that we gain or lose a customer so much as we want you to be sure about DCI.
DCI: Any registered customer may request a refund of their first order of DCI within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Other products: Any registered customer may request a refund of their first order within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The 2 Month Bundle: is not eligible for any refunds.
Customers requesting a refund must return any unused product or empty bottles at their own expense.
- Chiral Balance does not charge restocking fees.
- Any Shipping Upgrade costs you paid will not be refunded.
- You must email [email protected] to request a return authorization.
If we could give one piece of advice to anyone trying DCI, it would be: give it a fair trial.
And the only way to know is to take enough for your weight and consistent daily use. Nothing changes overnight, but unlike a lot of supplements, many notice the effects of DCI therapy fairly quickly. We hope within 60 days you will start to notice some changes.
Getting baseline blood tests before you start is also a great idea, so you have a "before and after" to compare.
If you get to the end of the sixty day trial (or your single bottle) and are not sure yet, we would be happy to extend the trial period for another month.
Any kind of change is likely a sign that DCI is affecting your chemistry. If you are not DCI deficient, then DCI therapy will do nothing and you will simply expel it. In this case, you should avail yourself of our refund policy, seek a different therapy and/or explore our other products that may help ease your symptoms.
