Group A: The 40:1 Blend has become popular for women TTC (trying to conceive) as there are studies that reference preferred oocyte (egg) quality outcomes. SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day.
We suggest starting with 2 capsules once a day for 30 days.
Increase to 4 capsules a day if needed. Two in the morning and 2 in the evening.
